Lavender is an aromatic, tonic herb with a sweet scent. It relaxes spasms, benefits the digestion, stimulates peripheral circulation and the uterus and lowers fever. It is anti-septic and has an anti-depressant effect. Is also known for its soothing and calming properties.

About me :have my Btch in Somatology from D.U.T (degree in somatology) and am qualified in beauty treatments , peels,M.D.A, CACI, aromatherapy and theraputic reflexology.I own my own somatology clinic in Durban North for three years,but have been going since 2004. I see myself as a fun loving person. I have cuurently in 2009 qualified in my UK sports massage qualification but have been doing sports massage sinces 2007 with a local qualification.
